Answers to Frequently Asked Questions for the use of the Manuli Packaging on-line store.
1. How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major debit/credit cards. After inputting your shipping details you will be directed to World Pay who will take your credit card details.
2. Can I set up a credit account?
If you are a registered company with at least one years` accounts filed, we may be able to set up a credit account for you. Please call our sales team for more details on 01225 816113.
If the contract provides for delivery in more than one instalment, such instalments shall be accepted as specified in the contract (or as soon thereafter as the goods are ready). If no delivery dates are specified then the goods shall be accepted as soon as they are ready. In the event of failure to accept any instalment, all goods remaining undelivered shall be invoiced (payment for such goods immediately thereupon becoming due and storage costs charged to the Buyer's account) and the goods shall be held at the Buyer`s risk.
3. When will I receive my invoice?
About two days after you receive your order you will receive your invoice.
4. Can I have a timed delivery?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a timed delivery for our standard next day delivery service. If you do require a timed or urgent delivery this can be arranged for an additional charge, please call our sales team for details on 01225 816113.
5. How do I know you have received my order?
You will be sent an automatic email as soon as we have placed your order onto our order system.
6. How do I know you have sent my order?
You will be sent an automatic email once your order has been despatched from our warehouse.
7. Can I order from Overseas?
If you would like an order to be delivered outside Mainland UK please call our sales team on 01225 816113.
8. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Our items are sold in either packs, boxes or individually, please see our pricing table for minimum order quantity per item.
9. Can I request samples?
If you have a credit account set up and you are planning on ordering bulk quantities we can arrange for samples, please call our sales team on 01225 816113.
10. Can I pay by cheque or BACs?
